Sumitronics Has Entered into a Strategic Partnership Agreement with CEMS HOLDING a.s.
Sumitronics Corporation (“Sumitronics”) has entered into a strategic partnership agreement with CEMS HOLDING a.s. (“CEMS”), a European Electronics Manufacturing Services (EMS) provider. Through this strategic partnership, the two companies aim to provide high-quality and reliable EMS solutions to both Japanese and global customers in the growing European market. By combining Sumitronics’ global customer base, component procurement capabilities, expertise in global supply chain management, and know-how in quality and production management with CEMS’ manufacturing operations in two European locations, the companies seek to expand business opportunities across Europe.
