Sumitronics Corporation(Head Office: Chiyoda-ku, Tokyo, Japan; President & CEO: Motonari Ueki; hereinafter “Sumitronics”)has concluded a Strategic Alliance Agreement with IL JIN Electronics (India) Private Limited (hereinafter “IL JIN”), an electronics manufacturing services (EMS) provider operating in India.

The purpose of this strategic alliance is to deliver high-quality and highly reliable EMS solutions to Japanese and global customers in the rapidly growing Indian market.
By combining Sumitronics’ global customer base, component sourcing capabilities, global supply chain management strength, and expertise in quality and production management with IL JIN’s operational capabilities and manufacturing footprint across three production sites in India, the two companies aim to expand business opportunities throughout India.

Going forward, the two companies will leverage this partnership as a foundation to promote multifaceted collaboration, including manufacturing and technical cooperation, component sourcing, and quality assurance, and will provide value-added, EMS-centered solutions across India.
