Purpose of the Name Change<br>Our previous company name did not fully reflect our affiliation with the Sumitomo Corporation Group or the scope of our business activities. By changing our company name, we aim to clarify our affiliation with the Sumitomo Corporation Group and demonstrate our commitment to leveraging the Group\u2019s resources to meet the diverse needs of customers globally.<br>Furthermore, while our core business has been EMS (Electronics Manufacturing Services), the new name represents our commitment to enhancing our capabilities and delivering high-quality, value-added services across the entire electronics sector, beyond the scope of EMS.<br><\/p><\/pre>\n\n\n\n<pre class=\"wp-block-preformatted\"><p>3.
